The Sylvan Lake Dairy Queen has collected toys for the past twenty-three years for Angels Anonymous. Owner, Pam Mitchell said she appreciates the generosity of the community and feels putting up the tree year after year is a great way to support the Christmas Bureau.

“The community have been very generous and we have regulars who come back every year!,” she shared in an email.

Hockey sticks and dolls seem to be the favourite items donated. This year the staff was fascinated by a toy cat, Fur Real. It sounded so similar to a live animal that they thought someone had actually put a kitten in with all the toys.
