Submissions of text documents is preferred in "text" or "ASCII text" formats. Please, do not format your document with anything other than plain text as special text handling commands may not translate.

The most reliable method of transmitting graphics or photos from almost any platform is in jpeg format. A resolution of 300dpi is preferred to maintain image quality. If in doubt as to the size of an image, larger is always better than smaller. We will adjust colours and darkness to suit our presses. We print using CMYK colours.

PDFs have become a preferred method of sending documents with text, fonts and images embedded. We can use PDF documents which are properly formatted but have limited capabilities to change any portion of their contents. Please submit your pdf documents with the correct colour profile - grayscale if it is to be printed in black and white; CMYK if it is to be printed in colour. Please do not use RGB as this colour profile is meant for web viewing and not for print.

Please make sure to get exact specifications as to size and photo quality before constructing a PDF file for transmission.
