PUBLIC NOTICE
Summer Village of Birchcliff
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Summer Village of Birchcliff is holding a public hearing to review the Road Closure Bylaw #246/23. The general purpose of the bylaw is to authorize the closing of the lane of current Open Space RA5, to public travel and thereafter disposing of the lands.
Before giving first reading to a bylaw that would close a road, a council must hold a public hearing with respect to the proposed bylaw, in accordance with section 216.4 after giving notice of it in accordance with section 606 of the Municipal Government Act.
A Public Hearing will be held as follows:

Please join us at the public hearing as we look forward to your comments on Bylaw #246/23. Written submissions must be addressed to the Summer Village of Birchcliff and must be received at the Summer Village Administration Office, #2 Erickson Drive Sylvan Lake, AB T4S 1P5 prior to July 19, 2023.
