École Our Lady of the Rosary School Grade 2 student Coryn Tardif displays her approval of the boiled maple syrup on a stick she enjoyed during her school’s Winter Carnival/Carnaval d’hiver last Thursday.
The tasty treat — also known as ‘la tire’ — was enjoyed by students as they learned about French culture and the ways in which winter is celebrated through it.
