It was a beautiful day at Sylvan Lake as the summer dawned Monday. There’s sand on the beach and in the volleyball courts. Jess, Eric and some of their friends from Edmonton were hitting the ball around among themselves as others sat and enjoyed the view from the pier. Boaters were out paddling, rowing and motoring. Youngsters were scampering in the water and anglers were casting lines.
Weather is warming and the season has begun.
