Sylvan Lake emergency services will once again be holding its annual Charity Check-stop this weekend.
From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Dec. 2, Sylvan Lake RCMP, Fire Department and Victim Services will be stationed on 47 Avenue, between McDonalds and Shoppers Drug Mart.
The check-stop is to assist local charities.
RCMP, Fire Department and Victim services will be accepting donations roadside over the four hour period. Members will be accepting donations of new toys, non-perishable food items and cash.
