Riding the Cream Can Express is a perennial favourite for youngsters attending Cream Day at Historic Markerville Creamery. Other activities for children included cream and butter making, a petting zoo, games, crafts, tours of the museum and refreshments.
Throughout the day, volunteers served homemade pie topped with delicious ice cream. The pie selection included strawberry-rhubarb, peach, saskatoon, pumpkin, chocolate cream and apple.
Among the performers during Cream Day at Historic Markerville Creamery Sunday were the Branson Family.
Attendance was up over last year.
This Sunday, the Creamery is hosting a show‘n’shine and Creamery Market from 10-4.
