Sylvan Lake & District Archives was a busy place Saturday afternoon, following the parade, as people dropped in to peruse pictures in the current display of parades — 1913 parades, Santa Claus parades, the Dominion of Canada Jubilee Celebration in 1927, the V-E Parade in 1945 and the Alberta Jubilee parade in 1955.
There were also binders of old pictures available for people to see how the community has changed.
