Thanks to the great support from local businesses, the Sylvan Lake and District Lions Flight Night Saturday was a huge success again this year. The theme was “The Luck o’ the Irish”.

The winner of this year’s $1,000 travel voucher and $100 cash was Glayde Ganderton.

Also at this year’s event, Mayor Sean McIntyre and committee chairman Graham Parsons showed up to promote Sylvan Lake’s participation in the national Kraft Hockeyville competition.
