Paul Ventura, owner of Sylvan Lake Canadian Tire, presented a $1,000 gift card to Vernanda Buwalda and her daughter Carys of Rimbey on Dec. 20.
Buwalda completed the online survey ‘At Canadian Tire we care’ and was selected as the monthly winner from all those who completed the survey across Canada.
