As the staff and students prepared their hearts for the Lenten season, École Mother Teresa Catholic School was blessed with a delicious Shrove Tuesday pancake celebration.
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent which is a time of abstinence, of giving up things. The Shrove Tuesday celebration demonstrated that as Catholics prepare for Lent, we have one last feast before our fasting and giving up of unnecessary luxuries.
