École Steffie Woima School students Reece Brigley and Justin Gyori enjoyed partaking in the school’s Jump Rope for Heart last Thursday afternoon.

Jump Rope for Heart is a Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation program that uses skipping to encourage youngsters to stay active while raising money for heart disease and stroke research.

According to its website (www.jumpropeforheart.ca) more than 4,000 Canadian schools participated.
