Provincial associate minister of persons with disabilities Naresh Bhardwaj paid a visit to Sylvan Lake last Thursday to find out some of the area’s needs.
Bhardwaj met with KCS Association board members to gather information to take back to the provincial government.
“What they are doing as a government, particularly in disability services, is trying to provide the best quality of life for the individuals we serve,” he said. “The client’s needs, goals and aspirations are not just words; it’s a plan and outcomes we’re trying to achieve.”
