The Eckville SPARC Program and the Eckville Recreation Board Youth Program recently completed their photo voice projects.

The Eckville SPARC Program and the Eckville Recreation Board Youth Program recently completed their photo voice projects.

Under the tutelage of Chelsea Datema of Echoz Photography and AHS Community Facilitator Jerome Morgan young protographers went out into the community and snapped photos that represented elements of their town. The photos were then presented to the Town on April 5 at the Eckville Friendship Centre.

The photos are now available for purchase through a silent auction to support the Recreation Board Youth Program. The photos can be viewed from April 26 until May 13 at the Mountainview Credit Union, the Central Alberta Co-op, the Alberta Treasury Branch and the Town of Eckville Office. Final bids can be made the Eckville Municipal Breakfast at the Eckville Arena on May 13 from 8-10 a.m.
