The fourth annual Veterans Voices of Canada Flags of Remembrance ceremony will take place on Oct. 7 at Centennial Park. The ceremony begins at 11:30 a.m. and 128 flags will be raised at noon. The flags represent 128,000 Canadians killed or missing in action in the military and RCMP service personnel from the Boer War to the present.
