The old cement Sylvan Lake sign at the pier was removed Tuesday

Public Works employees were out at the pier in Sylvan Lake Park to remove the old cement Sylvan Lake sign. The removal of the old signage will make way for a larger three-dimensional sign similar to what is being used in Banff. Town Council approved the new signage at a meeting in June.
