School has started up after what seems like only a short time. As of 8:40 a.m. this morning students in Sylvan Lake were back at the books.

In some cases students were running a little behind, though teachers at C.P. Blakely put that off as getting back into the swing of things. One bus at the school was running about 10 minutes behind schedule, according to the school’s prinicpal Anne Frey.

Though there were some straglers on the first day, most students were ready to go when the first bell rang this morning.
