Construction crews have been busy in the first phase of the Crestview Sylvan Lake subdivision immediately south of Pierview subdivision and east of 50th Street. Heavy equipment is on site and work is underway on installing underground services for the 61 lot phase which is located on the triangular piece of the quarter section north of the pipeline rights of way.
It’s being developed by Lamont Land Development, developers of the Ryders Ridge subdivision.
