The voters will be te deciding factor as to who will capture the title of Big Valley amboree Small Town Saturday Night.

Mayor Rick Pankiw said the mini Big Valley Jamboree will be awarded to some  rural Alberta community and it could very well be Rimbey.

“You never know,” he said. “As a small community we seem to band together for something like this.”

Proceeds from the beer gardens will go to the Rimbey Ag Society and proceeds from a 50/50 draw (if held) will be split between the two groups.
