The Town is considering a proposal to redistrict an area in the Vista at Ryders Ridge neighbourhood from FD – Future Development (FD) to Medium Density Residential District (R2), High Density Residential District (R3) and Public Facility District (PF) (See map below for location). The redistricting will support future residential development in the Vista at Ryders Ridge neighbourhood.
