Bylaw
- The Town is proposing to update and replace the current Offsite Levy Bylaw
1867/2022 with Bylaw1891-2024 in accordance with the requirements of Alberta Regulation187/2017, as amended, known as the Off-Site Levies Regulation. - The proposed Bylaw
1891-2024 includes updated Offsite Levy rates (Schedule A), a map of the associated areas of Town (Schedule B), infrastructure maps showing the location of the offsite levy projects (Schedule C), and Offsite Levy Report (Schedule D).
