November 20, 1927 - July 3, 2020
Bernard "Bernie" Raymond passed away peaceful in the Valleyview Manor, Rimbey, Alberta on July 3, 2020 at the age of 92 years.
He was born to parents Frances and Ben; near Buchanan, Saskatchewan on November 20, 1927.
Bernie is survived by his children: Susan (Robert) Kemmis, Butch (Cheryl), Gordon (Gail), Gary, Shelley (John), Shawn (Barb); 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; his brothers: Mike (Nellie), Leonard (Madeleene), and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife Betty (nee Guy) Wolkowski; his first wife Mona (nee Crocker) Sinclair, his parents Frances and Ben; brother Victor, sister Longine, and granddaughter Chantelle.
Bernie was a Royal Canadian Legion Member for many years, including in the recent years to the Rimbey Branch #36. He had a wonderful sense of humour. He loved to help others! A given to pull out the ladies' chairs so they could be seated. A real gentleman!

Cremation took place at the Rocky Mountain Crematorium, Rocky Mountain House. Bernie will be laid to rest with his parents and wife Betty in Wadena, Saskatchewan at a future date.
