Daisy Halvorson

March 31, 1936 - January 11, 2023
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mom Daisy Margaret Eugenia Halvorson of Sylvan Lake, Alberta on Wednesday, January 11th at the age of 86 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Deborah (Brad), Don (Wendy), Gary (Leigh), (Sandra), and June (Blaine); 20 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Tom; brother-in-law, Arthur; sisters-in-law, Aneta, Judy and Joan; as well as numerous relatives and friends. Mom will also be dearly missed by her coffee friends and the Burnt Lake Ladies.
Mom was the fourth child of six and predeceased by her husband of 66 years, Clifford; a son, Raymond; a grandson, Jeffrey; a great-grandson Layden; a sister, Grace; brothers, Gordon, Joe and Roy; sisters-in-law, Alice and Florence; brothers-in-law, Howard, Gordon, Carl and Matt.
We wish to send a special thank you to the staff at Bethany Sylvan Lake for the loving care, compassion and kindness over the past 4 years.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at the Alliance Community Church (4404-47th Avenue, Sylvan Lake).
