It is with profound sadness we the family announce the passing of our husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather Jerry Brzak.
Jerry grew up on the family farm in the Evergreen area. Jerry spent 40 years with C.N. Rail working in many places in Alberta and B.C., first as a trackman on the sections and then later as a foreman on the work trains.
Jerry married Megan Shephard in 1957 and this union of 63 years produced a family of 4 children: Shelley, Bonnie, Dan (Rowena), and Mark; 6 Grand Children: Stacey, Alicia (Sean) O'Donnell, Christina Carlson, Brandon Burgess, Scott Burgess, and Jeremiah Brzak; 3 Great Grand Children: Abigail, Kristian Hunter, and Derek Burgess.
Jerry was predeceased by his Father Joseph Brzak, Mother Charolette (Dennis) Brzak, Sister Nellie (Jim) Grant, Brothers: Henry and Harry Brzak; Nephew Dean Brzak, Uncle Charles Brzak, Aunt Margaret Brzak, Cousin Charles Brzak Jr and Cousin Robert Brzak.
Due to the Covid Pandemic this will be a private family memorial service with the option for others to attend by video conference. The video conference link will be delivered through a private facebook group, email, or text as required.
