Kim Moench of Sylvan Lake, Alberta passed away on Thursday October 14th,2021,at the age of 65.
Kim was born in Hanna, Alberta on December 12, 1955, to Wilfred and Hughina Moench, the oldest of seven sons.
Through the years Kim worked hard on several projects and businesses. These included Brandal Trucking, K&T Trucking,
Jet Rentals and Sales, farm real estate developments and sales and most recently a vacation home project in BC.
Kim was married to the late Margaret (Greystone) Moench. They raised two children Kellie Moench and Brandon Moench.
Kim thrived in all types of work and particularly in the handling of equipment. One of his skills and enjoyments was to pass his equipment knowledge onto his son Brandon and grandson Tyrell. He also found rest and relaxation in travel, friends, camping, horses, and dogs.
Kim is survived by his wife Marimar (May), son Brandon, daughter Kelli, brothers Dale (Margo), Robin, Darry, Shannon (Thersa), Shane (Angie) Jamie (Karin), stepson Wesley Manalo, granddaughter Sydni (Kelli) grandsons Tyrell, Brycten (Brandon), Kaedyn Walker (Kelli), nieces, nephews, friends, extended family, church family. And Kim is predeceased by his parents Wilfred and Hughina Moench and his first wife Margaret.
