1937-2020 ~ Madeline Rose Kolody (nee Glover) passed away at the Innisfail Health Centre on Nov. 1, 2020 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by her husband Steve, of Saskatoon, and by her parents, Ben and Rose Glover, and her brother, David Glover, all of Craik, Saskatchewan.
Mom will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by daughter Tracie Kolody, sons Brad (Lisa), Ron (Mickey), Jeff (Katherine), Trevor (Laura), 13 grandchildren and their partners, 16 great-grandchildren, sister Doreen Singer and sister-in-law Anne (Brian) Craggs.
Madeline was born in Craik in 1937. She married Steve Kolody in 1957 and they raised five children in Saskatoon. Madeline loved to watch her children play ball. She was a creative, prolific knitter until her health began to fail. She lived in Saskatoon until 1992, then moved to British Columbia and later to Alberta.
The family is grateful for the care Mom received at Sunset Manor in Innisfail, Alberta.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a service to celebrate Madeline's life will be held at a later date.
