Mark Lichtenwald of Red Deer, AB passed away on March 5 at the age of 24 years.
He was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on March 25, 1994.
He completed grades K-9 in Sylvan Lake and graduated from Notre Dame High School in 2012.
He played hockey and soccer and enjoyed skiing, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Mark will be deeply missed by his parents, Cathy and Larry Lichtenwald, and his two older brothers, Nathan and Bryce.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Eleanor and Bill Heinricks, and his paternal grandparents, Elsie and Alvin Lichtenwald, two uncles (Steven and Bob) and several young cousins.
A memorial service honouring Mark's life will be held at Crossroads Church on April 5 at 2:00 p.m.
