Bill Gowans passed away peacefully at the age of 70 years. Bill is survived by his daughters Helen (Aaron) Petterson and Sandi (Dan) Colbert and his 3 granddaughters Aislynn, Adelena and Abigail. Predeceased by his wife Carol.
A celebration of Bill's life will be held at the Alliance Community Church in Sylvan Lake on Friday, July 30 at 1pm.
