It is with great sadness that we wish to announce the passing of William Donald (Don) Dodd on March 29, 2012 at the age of 84.
Don will be sadly missed by his loving wife Anne; daughter Trudy (Bev) Fullerton; son Derek (Jamey) Dodd; daughter-in-law Marilyn Elliot; sisters Marie (Claude) Edgerton, Darlene (Ron) Read; brothers Dale (Marlene) Dodd, Gary (Carole) Dodd, Brian (Maureen) Dodd, Dean (Kathy) Dodd and Anne's family daughter Judy Lloyd, Barb Walsh, Eve (Rick) Holowach; sons West Lloyd, Joe (Susan) Bernier and Darcy Bernier. He will be sadly missed by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
By Don's request there will be no funeral service. There will be a gathering for family and friends at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 212, Sylvan Lake, Alberta on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made in Don's name to the Bentley Care Centre.
