Dear Editor,
I have been to the ONE and only public tennis court in a town of 13,000 people in Sylvan Lake (and it only has one court playing surface). Obviously home developers don't have to put baseball diamonds and tennis courts in every community anymore!
My BIGGEST issue is the condoms placed all over the tennis nets each time we've gone, two times in last three days. We've had to remove them as we are a family of six and this is disgusting! How do I even explain this to them?
