Dear Editor,
I think we need a hospital in Sylvan Lake, because whenever someone gets injured, we have to drive them somewhere else instead of getting them care sooner.
For example, one time my dad hurt his head really badly and he was bleeding everywhere and we had to drive to Red Deer’s emergency room to get him care. What I am saying is that if we get a hospital, injuries can be taken care of a lot more quickly than driving to Red Deer.
It also comes to mind that Sylvan Lake’s population has increased a lot over the past few years, and the chances of a car crash or something like it will begin to increase too. It will be a good idea to get a hospital in Sylvan if there will be more accidents in the future.
