Dear Editor,
I am writing to bring your attention to a citizen I encountered last Friday morning. I was doing my morning rounds and found a bunch of papers and garbage scattered on CP trail.
I started picking it up and at that point, a young girl with a flower in a pot walked by. She looked at me and then started to help pick up the trash.
I just wanted to thank her and tell her what a great start to a great citizen.
