16U Sylvan Lake Volleyball Club team attended Canadian West Open Nationals in Calgary, May 18th to 20th. They completed the first two days of round robin play with an undefeated 6-0 record. Unfortunately they were defeated in their quarter-final match leaving them fifth in Division 3 Tier 1.
The team includes, in the back, Statistician Cindy Overmars, Coach Janelle Isaac, Alecia Daniels, Heather Watson, Muriel Hogarth, Maddie McDonald, Whitney Lehman and Coach Wayne Halliday; and in front, Morgan Nemish, Brookelynn Louma, Emily Strang, Maddy Gomes, Madi Bennett.
