Sylvan Laker Steve Rowe scored his first hole-in-one at Canadian Shield Executive Golf Club in Clarendon, Ontario, May 19.
He used a cut down 7 iron on the 90 yard hole #6.
Rowe “was delighted” and his wife Doreen “was even more excited”.
“Not quite being in heaven but a joy to golf. Someone said that people can get a 160 yard eagle but it’s not the same as a hole in one, even if it was on a short hole,” said Rowe.
