Sylvan Lake Volleyball Club 16U girls finished in third place at the Sweetheart Tournament hosted by the Ravens Volleyball Club of Spruce Grove on Feb. 16. It was a good start to their season as they head into the Alberta Volleyball Association Premier Tournaments starting in March.
Team members attending the tournament were Brookelynn Louma, Emily Strang, Janelle Isaac (head coach), Muriel Hogarth, Maddie McDonald, Morgan Nemish, Whitney Lehman, Heather Watson, Maddy Gomes and Alecia Daniels. Missing were Mallory Todd (assistant coach) and Madi Bennett.
