H. J. Cody senior high girls’ soccer team won the B side of their playoffs on June 12 after defeating CACHS (Central Alberta Christian High School) of Lacombe 5-2 at the C. P. Blakely field. Roshell Organ scored twice, Georgia England scored twice and Naomi Katzmaryk score once.

The team included, in the back row, coach Brenda Walker, Kaylee Campbell, Georgia England, Cassie Donaghy, Roshell Organ, Tiffany Matejka, Brook Louma, Molly Rumohr and Ashley Thomas; and in the front row, Naomi Katzmaryk, Sophie Richards, Harper Elwood and Alex Donaghy. Missing were Kierra Pearce, Kiana McKlusky, Phoenix Schultz, Dani Dryland and Lena Slot.
